Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit upon approval of the design, with the balance due upon completion or delivery. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or cancellation of your project.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, material availability, and our current workload. We will keep you informed of progress and notify you of any delays.
Delivery and installation services are available for an additional fee. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and prepared for installation. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
Once production has begun, cancellations or significant modifications may not be possible. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply based on the stage of production. Deposits are generally non-refundable once design work has commenced or materials have been ordered.
We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. We warrant that our furniture will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period as outlined in your project agreement. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
